Every year , HHS Seniors walk the halls of their old elementary and middle schools, reminicing on their time at Hobbs schools and inspiring the next generation of younger students to finish strong and Fly Like Eagles!

Parents! Your invited, play day will be this Wednesday at 8:30. Parents must check in the office and can walk around with their child's class. Please read the flyer in full. 🐯💚


Friendly reminder: No school on Monday, we will have a virtual day option where teachers will be online tomorrow from 9-11. (This is to help make up a snow day)
Google meet links will be posted tomorrow morning on the school story but your teachers may have already sent them to you. 🤗
Many teachers have posted activities on google classroom, quaver, IXL and sent packets or paper home for practice. As student have questions or need help you can click on the right grade level link and teachers will be present to help assist.

We are very thankful to John and Kelley McMillan and their students for displaying their creative minds through art! The opening reception was on Friday, but after that, all are invited to come out and view the amazing works and talent in our schools throughout the month of April at the Lea County Center for the Arts @ 122 W. Broadway.🎨🖼️








As we wrap up NMASSA testing this week, we want to celebrate our amazing students and show them how proud we are with a fun family event! 🎉
Join us for our Bubble, Kite, and Chalk Day on:
Monday, April 13th
• PreK–2nd grade: Bring bubbles and chalk
• 3rd–5th grade: Bring bubbles and a kite
We will also be celebrating Jump Rope for Heart with Coach ❤️
There will be student snack sales, and we’ll be spending time outside enjoying the beautiful weather together!
This is a great way to relax and have fun before we jump back into 5th grade Science testing and K–5 Amira Reading testing the following day.
Parents: Please remember to sign in at the office upon arrival. You will then be directed outside to your child’s class.

Each class crowned a champion, and those winners advanced to compete for the top spot in their grade level. Today, our three grade-level champions faced off for the ultimate title!
